We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the “full” required enrollment (8 students). Full payment is required to process your child’s enrollment. We can not hold enrollment space without payment.
Enroll more than one child from the same family during the same week of camp and receive a $10/week discount for each additional siblings enrolled.
We will provide one healthy, organic snack per day including 100% juice. You are responsible for providing your child with a daily lunch and any additional snacks. We are a peanut-free facility and would appreciate your assistance in keeping all of our students safe. Filtered water will be available and we highly recommend your child brings a refillable water bottle.
If we cancel a camp week, the entire camp fee will be refunded. If the parent/guardian chooses to withdraw a student from a camp week after enrolling, a refund will be made LESS a 20% administrative fee if the parent/guardian gives notification no less than one week (7 days) in advance. No refunds will be made after this time. Campers may transfer into a different week of camp at no additional cost if advance notice is given one week (7 days) prior to the start day of the initially scheduled camp session. After that time, the additional cost to transfer into a different session of camp will be 20% of the paid camp fee.
