ARTISTS IN WONDERSTUDIO SATURDAYS

Join us for 10 Saturdays as we explore a variety of mixed-media and sculpture techniques to create expressive 3D works of art! We’ll learn to transform found objects, clay, plaster cloth, papier-mâché, and fabric into new and exciting forms. Create shadow boxes, painted soft-sculptures, animal wall hangings, and unique art objects! Students will learn through experimentation with color, form, and design. We’ll look to myth, fairy tales, history, and the natural world for inspiration. The class will culminate with a student sharing of artwork for our peers and families.
